OUR PROCESS
Working with Pinpoints Travel is a very easy process for the client from start to finish. Most of our travel planning is follows this path:
Initial Consultation:
Pinpoints Travel and the client will discuss what the client wants from their experience. Questions that will be discussed include: where, when, what does your dream trip look like, who is going and of course - budget.
Planning:
Pinpoints Travel will then work on preparing an itinerary proposal for you based on the initial consultation. You will be given options to consider and then you will get back to Pinpoints with your thoughts on proposal. We will go back and forth until the perfect trip is created!
Booking:
Pinpoints Travel will then secure your bookings. Any deposits will be due at this point.
Pre-Travel Planning:
The month before travel, Pinpoints Travel will begin sending a weekly travel planner to you with information and tips regarding your trip. This will come via email. The week before travel, you will receive this planner in the mail along with any confirmation receipts from bookings made to have handy during travel. It is always a good idea to keep this folder in a carry on during travel.

During this time, you can contact Pinpoints Travel at any point with any needs you may have.
After Travel:
You will be contacted by Pinpoints Travel for feedback on your trip!
